Sarah Faris is a chef, Mom and social media personality whose greatest passion is spreading the gospel of vegetables. She is a proud honors graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and holds degrees from New York University and Tulane University Law School. A 15-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, she worked in every back-of-house position, from garde manger to executive chef and almost every front-of-house position, from hostess to manager. A native New Yorker, she now resides in Miami with her 7-year-old daughter, whose favorite vegetable is cauliflower.
