(Serves 4)

  • 1 tbsp sweet white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • warm water (about 1/2-3/4 cups)

In a small bowl, using a fork, whisk miso paste and vinegar until miso dissolves. Add tahini and combine with miso/vinegar mixture. Add water, a few tablespoons at a time, to reach desired consistency (more water for increased drizzlability).
