(Makes appx. 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups grapeseed oil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
In a blender or using carafe and immersion blender, blend first 5 ingredients until smooth. With blender running, drizzle in grapeseed oil, then olive oil. Stir in oregano, pepper, and salt.
