Soppressata is an Italian dry salami similar to Pepperoni. In fact, Pepperoni is an American salami, made in the style of Soppressata, that is spicier and drier. As such, you may substitute pepperoni if you cannot find soppressata. All you need to make this is a half sheet pan (18×13) and parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Ingredients
2 oz. of thinly sliced Soppressata or Pepperoni (about 24 pieces)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay soppressata in a single layer on a parchment paper covered half sheet pan (18×13). Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from oven and flip each piece of soppressata. Return pan to oven for another 6 minutes. Remove crisps from pan immediately and place on paper towel lined plate. Try not to eat them all!
